Course Description: This 4 day, hands-on program is designed to prepare each student with the skills necessary for operation, installation, setup, and basic operational troubleshooting of the Fanuc R30iA Robot Controller and Manipulator
Objectives:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Locate, identify and operate the robot control panel and teach pendant buttons
  • Master and calibrate the robot
  • Replace the main control board
  • Reload the system software
  • Replace the servo amplifier
  • Replace the power supply PCB
  • Replace the E-stop unit
  • Diagnose the causes of common robot failures
  • Troubeshoot and correct Class 1,2,3 and 4 faults
  • Replace main PCB and control system
