Course Description:
This 4 day, hands-on program is designed to prepare each student with the skills necessary for operation, installation, setup, and basic operational troubleshooting of the Fanuc R30iA Robot Controller and Manipulator
Objectives:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Locate, identify and operate the robot control panel and teach pendant buttons
Master and calibrate the robot
Replace the main control board
Reload the system software
Replace the servo amplifier
Replace the power supply PCB
Replace the E-stop unit
Diagnose the causes of common robot failures
Troubeshoot and correct Class 1,2,3 and 4 faults
Replace main PCB and control system
Course Outline:
Review of coordinate systems
Identification of control panel, teach pendant and system components
Safety during robot operations
Identification and correction of operational errors and error message screens
